What You'll Gain Through Coaching
Everyone has different hurdles, stressors, and responsibilities in their life. There are so many ways to keep track of everything that gets overwhelming. We can create a toolkit together that works for you and stays adaptable to life's changes and curveballs.

Efficiency Planning
Figure out where your time is going and strategize ways to be more efficient - while keeping in mind things that typically get in the way of efficiency, such as burnout. We can make your schedule adaptable!

Digital Apps
When life requires you to juggle so many different tasks, there are resources to help keep the flood of responsibilities out of your head and into apps. We can discuss apps that work with you to suit your needs.

Analog Approaches
If you prefer traditional methods of keeping track of time, we can go over those tools too! Analog systems such as bullet journaling, physical agendas, and wall charts are useful tools for some procrastination styles.
Meet Your Life Coach
Joanna Becker - Organization Manager + Alumni Mentor
I have been a procrastinator all of my life, and this held me back throughout high school. When I moved for college, I knew assignments had to be finished on time, and I found methods of time management that helped me stay on track with my hectic schedule. I managed to graduate with flying colors thanks to this newfound handling of my procrastination.
Throughout the years, and since graduating, I've kept track of various approaches to schedules. My current schedule and methods of time management are always adapting, and that's why our tools need to be adaptable too. We can figure out a way to make your schedule less stressful so you can find time for self care, personal projects, and life goals.
As an Alumni Mentor at my college, I’ve helped students learn how to manage their time, stay motivated, and set goals with steps to achieve them (and most importantly, what to do when setbacks occur!). Now, I want to offer that same guidance to you. Whether you’re a high school student, college student, or a young professional juggling responsibilities, I can help you take control of your time and reduce stress.
